Summary

We are proud to share the 2025 Lean In Latinas Impact Report, developed in collaboration with Lean In Latinas.‍ ‍This work goes beyond data. It captures a powerful truth about leadership. Latinas are not just participating in leadership spaces. They are transforming them. From community growth to measurable outcomes, this Impact Report highlights what happens when leadership is rooted in culture, connection, and purpose. It also makes a clear case that investing in Latina leadership is not only important but essential to the future of organizations and communities. We had the honor of translating the data into this Impact Report and sharing a story that reflects both the numbers and the empowerment behind them.

Executive Summary

The 2025 Lean In Latinas Impact Report captures the full momentum of a movement committed to elevating Latina leadership through courage, culture, and community. It offers a comprehensive look at how Lean In Latinas is strengthening leadership pathways throughout the year and creating spaces where Latinas can rise with authenticity and purpose.

Across the many mixers, Circle meetings, virtual gatherings and summits, professional development offerings, and the Take Charge Conference, Lean In Latinas demonstrates that when leadership is rooted in identity and belonging, it is both empowering and effective. The data and stories in the following pages reveal the measurable and profound human impact of culturally informed leadership development.

For sponsors, this report demonstrates the measurable return of supporting leadership programs rooted in culture and community. For partners, it shows how collaboration multiplies impact. Lastly, the movement reaffirms our commitment to building spaces where Latinas can lead as their full, authentic selves.

Lean In Latinas’ annual signature conference, Take Charge, brought together more than 300 Latinas and allies in August 2025 to explore how to navigate uncertainty and transformation with purpose. Participants left not only inspired but equipped, ready to bring new skills, renewed confidence, and stronger community ties into their workplaces and families.

Lean In Latinas is powered entirely by volunteers, including its leaders, Circle leaders, program facilitators, and the many contributors who give their time and expertise without compensation. They do this work out of deep commitment to the mission and a shared passion for elevating and empowering the Latina community.

As Lean In Latinas looks ahead, this report sets the stage for a new era. It introduces a vision for data-informed practices, cultural fluency development, multigenerational engagement, and expanded pathways for culturally grounded leadership. Lean In Latinas continues to demonstrate what becomes possible when Latinas are supported in leadership and empowered to lead in ways that honor their identities and the collective strength of their community.

The purpose of this Impact Report is to capture both the measurable outcomes and the meaningful experiences that show how leadership rooted in culture creates lasting transformation.
